Product and Delivery Policy

Store status and specification confirmation
Available products can be ordered through Shopify. Products are prepared only after we confirm the selected specification, sourcing availability and production method following an order. If an item cannot be sourced or its listed specification must change, we will contact you before production. If you do not accept the change, or we cannot fulfil the order, we will cancel it and issue a refund. Some listings include finished-product concept images. Natural stones vary in color, clarity, inclusions, pattern and shape.
Price and digital benefits
Catalog prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Ordinary product orders do not automatically include 8-Zi points or reading credits. If a separate purchase benefit is offered, its eligibility and activation conditions will be stated explicitly on the product page. Products are jewelry, decor and reflection cues. They do not promise treatment, luck, destiny correction, or health, financial, relationship, career, exam, investment or other results.
Completion and delivery
Estimated delivery is 15-30 days after order. Timing may vary with specification and availability checks, sourcing, production, destination, international transit and customs clearance. Check the Shopify product page and checkout for the price, available payment methods, shipping charge, delivery region, tax and duty information actually shown for your order.
Returns and refunds
Unused-item returns, initial defects, incorrect fulfillment, resizing, transit damage and return shipping responsibility are handled under the Shopify refund policy in effect when you order and applicable law. If we cannot fulfil an order after the post-order check, we will contact you, cancel the order and issue a refund.
Seller information
We will provide the seller name, responsible person, address and telephone number promptly on request, including before you make a purchase decision. The request method and other statutory disclosures are available in the Shopify Legal Notice.
