Accounts and security

Use only an email address you are entitled to use, and protect your password and private report links. You may not impersonate others, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, evade usage limits, or use it unlawfully. You can delete your account in Membership.

AI and traditional references

Narrative readings are AI-generated. Traditional rule calculations, chart facts, and source records are shown separately for review. AI content may contain mistakes, omissions, or unsuitable language. We do not guarantee accuracy, prediction, completeness, fitness for a decision, or future outcomes.

No professional advice

The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. For health, safety, investment, legal rights, or other major decisions, rely on real-world evidence and qualified professionals.

Trials, credits, and membership

Free allowances, points, and AI-reading credits are limited digital access rights, not cash, stored value, or an investment. They cannot be withdrawn or transferred. The price, access period, renewal status, cancellation method, and included access are shown before purchase.

All four digital products purchased on the web through Stripe are one-time prepaid purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically: a Single Reading grants 1 full reading; a 10-Reading Pack grants 10; a 31-Day Pass grants 30 readings and 31 days of pass access; and a 366-Day Pass grants 365 readings and 366 days of pass access. No automatic charge occurs when pass access ends. Unused paid reading credits do not expire merely because pass access ends.

Purchases inside the iOS app are processed by Apple. The iOS monthly and annual plans are Apple auto-renewing subscriptions: each successful billing period grants 30 and 365 full readings respectively, and renewal continues until cancelled in your Apple account settings. Billing management, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Apple’s rules. A refund, transaction revocation, or correction of an erroneous grant may adjust the related access or balance.

Content and termination

You retain rights in content you submit and permit us to process it only to provide, protect, and improve the service. The 8-Zi interface, brand, rule arrangement, and original writing are protected by applicable law. We may restrict or terminate abusive, fraudulent, attacking, or unlawful use.
